In Plantation Rum´s signature double-ageing technique, this unique expression is aged 8 years in Barbados, then shipped by sea to the south-west of France, where it maturedanother year in French oak Ferrand casks.

Staying true to the island traditional blenmding technique, this Barbados 2013 combines rum distilled in both column and the venerable Gregg pot still, dating back til the 19th century, for a mellow yet complex expression.

This Guyana 2007 masterfully combines the exuberance of the unique Port Mourant double wooden-pot-still with the elegance of a copper column still, resulting in a heavy, deeply structured rum showcasing dark chocolate and earthy notes.

Sometimes we find a rum barrel in our cellar that is simply perfect in its natural state. Striving not for balance or harmony, it stands alone for its uniqueness of taste which can only be describled as "extreme". This cask is then set aside and bottled for its sheer exquisite essende, resulting in a very limited edition of what we call Plantation Extreme

Frederiksdal RED is a sparkling wine produced on Stevnskirsebær from Frederiksdal's own plantations. To add lightness and sweetness to the wine, pears from Lolland have been added. The result is a fresh, bubbly and deep red sparkling wine.

The wine contains 60% Stevnsk cherry and 40% pears.

The Stevnskirsebæret that we have at frederiksdal gud is real and extremely concentrated. It helps add intensity and weight to our sparkling wine.
When you mix pears and cherries you get the perfect combination of lightness and weight.

Pears and cherries are fermented separately, so we can subsequently find the unique mixing ratio. free perform for different year after year.
