For more than 20 years, Plantations Rum Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel has explored the world of rum and its various terroirs in search of traditional production methods. For this one-time limited edition, he travelled across the world to Fiji, where he handpicked just 25 casks at Rum Co. of Fiji Distillery.

In Plantation Rum´s sugnature double-ageing technique, this unique expression is aged 10 years in Fiji, then shipped by sea to the south-west of France, where it matured another 3 years in Frence oak Ferrand casks.

Distilled 100% in pot still, this Fiji 2009 offers a particularly rich aromatic profile, heavier than traditional Fijian rums that blend both columns and pot-still distillates. An exquisite edition showcasing the exceptional savoir-faire of the distillery.
