As a tribute to Louise Pommery, Pommery has been making this highly sought after, pure and immense mineral luxury cuvée from Champagne since 1979. The wine comes exclusively from specially selected plots on coveted Grand Cru fields in Avize, Cramant and Ay with a blend of primarily Chardonnay and a smaller portion Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Cuvée Louise 2004 is almost a signature example of a rich prestige cuvée, which with its relatively low dosage, singing acidity and extremely pronounced minerality seems extremely focused. Louise stands straw yellow in the glass with intense, elegant aromas of citrus, white flowers, nuts, stone fruits and lime. Focused and resilient, it really unfolds in the taste, where the fruit, the living acidity and the long, sharp mineral aftertaste are beautifully combined in this superb Champagne experience.

Extra Brut Grand Cru Magnum

The Jean Pernet champagne house is located in the heart of the Mesnil Sur Oger of Champagne. The vineyard has been in the family's ownership all the way through generations and today is almost 40 hectares with fields in several municipalities. Generation after generation has contributed actively to the development of both the vineyard and the own production. The vines are on average over 30 years old and are being harvested manually. Vinification and storage take place in temperature-controlled cellars, and the wines are sold partly on the domestic market and partly in many other countries both in and outside Europe. Jean Pernet's Grand Cru fields have a high content of lime, which here gives the Chardonnay grape a nice minerality. The grapes for this wine are grown on vines that are on average 40 years old, all the grapes are handpicked and 50% of the wine has been aged in oak barrels. The wine has been aged for 7 years before bottling and then 6 months in bottle in Jean Pernet's cellars. It is an Extra Brut with only 3 grams of residual sugar per litres. It has a nice shiny color, fine bubbles, delicate and elegant fruit aroma, also an incredibly elegant and complex taste with good concentration and nice style, followed by a long, crisp and dry aftertaste. A lot of elegant Champagne with fine, persistent bubbles. Only 700 magnum bottles have been produced and each magnum bottle is numbered.

Grands Terroirs 2003 from Palmer & Co is a champagne beyond the ordinary. The year offered a small but superbly concentrated harvest. The cellar master has chosen a blend of 54% Pinot Noir from Grands Cru fields in Mailly and Verzenay and Premiers Cru fields in Rilly la Montagne, Ludes, Chigny les Roses, as well as 46% Chardonnay from Premiers Cru fields in Trépail and Villers Marmery. The wine has been left on the yeast remains for 12 years. 1703 bottles have been produced - all in magnum size.

Over the years, the production of quality cognac has really evolved. Cogcan Lhéraud's method for the production of cognac is very, very old and is reserved only for Guy Lhéraud. Cognac Lhéraud is also called "the water of life".
There is absolutely no caramel added to any of Lhéraud's cognac, as the beautiful colors in the cognac only come from the storage of the cognac in the oak casks.

The wine from Andre Montessuy is from one of the most famous wine regions in France. Along with Bordeaux and Champagne, Burgundy is considered by many wine connoisseurs as the most prestigious and exclusive wine region in France. This wine is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown at an altitude of 250-400 meters near the town of Savigny-Lès-Beaune in the Bourgogne region of France. The grapes are hand-picked, and the wine has been aged for approx. 12 months in French oak barrels. It is an elegant red wine with a clear and intense red color and a complex aroma with notes of violets, blackcurrants, cherries and raspberries. The taste is soft, fruity and incredibly elegant with good structure and balance, discreet tannins and a long and pleasant aftertaste. This harmonious and well-balanced wine is particularly suitable for marinated meat dishes, grilled or fried chicken, veal and pork, pasta dishes and cheeses.

As something unique to the magnum version, the wine stays on the yeast residue for a full 10 years before it is released. It has a dosage of 7-8 g / L.
