Gelas Armagnac 60 years is one of the oldest eau-de-vi in the Tradition series from Maison Gelas. Only a few spirits can keep getting that old, and often at the age of 50-60 you start removing the armagnac from the oak barrels to put on glass balloons. The few who reach this age are exceptional, and the quality of this armagnac does not deny itself when it comes in the glass. A touchingly beautiful spirit! Color: Dark mahogany. Scent: Beautiful and nuanced scent of hyacinth, eucalyptus and passion fruit. Taste notes: Very broad and full-bodied taste, which includes notes of nutmeg, allspice, sandalwood and tropical fruit. For more than 300 years, the sailorts of the British Navy enjoyed a tot of rum for every day of their service. The loss of the rum nation on 31. July 1970 is mourned as Black Tot Day.

The rum the sailors dranks was aged in a solera containing rums of all aged, sourced from all over the former British colonies. The rich heart of this blends was Demerara rum from Guyana.

This wonderfully rich and weighty rum was made from dark, rich molasses. It was distilled on the Caribbean island of Guyana in 1975 and has been ageing in barrels for more than 40 years. It is a pure rum with no sugar added, and all the flavour comes from the combination of incredeble spirit, high-quality casks and time.

Taylor’s is one of the few remaining houses to produce a 30 Year Old aged tawny Port. Selected red Ports produced in the eastern areas of the Douro Valley are matured in seasoned oak casks in Taylor’s cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. Here, the cool and damp coastal climate encourages a slow and gentle aging process, producing aromas of great complexity and finesse. Only every two or three years is a reserve of Port with sufficient structure, fruit and power to age is laid aside to age in oak casks. Those that have reached their peak after thirty years are then blended together for balance and finesse, and to ensure consistency of quality and style. The 30 year old tawny is one such wine.

Vintage Port is the house's prestigious wine, made only in particularly excellent years. Late Bottled Vintage Port is late bottled wine from one and the same year, aged 4-6 years in cask. Tawny Port is cask aged port wine. Some of the best are called 10, 20, 30 or 40 year old Tawny Port. Colheita Port is a so-called old, barrel-aged Tawny from a single year, where the year is always stated on the label / bottle. Ruby Port is a 3-4 year aged port wine with a dark color and strong, sweet taste. White Port, white port wine, is made according to the same principle as Ruby Port, but primarily on green grapes.

30-year-old Kranemann port wine aged in old wood casks in an oxidation process. It enhances the development of its colour andaromas corresponding to the indicated age. With an amber color and aromas of honey, dried fruits, spices and candied orange, this Port has a long, fresh and balanced finish.

This rum has been distilled at Trinidad Distillers Limited. It is distilled in a multi-column continuous distillation. Trinidad Distillers Limited was founded back in 1949. They use sugarcane molasses are the source for their fermentations. Besides that, the cultivate their own yeast strain, which ads the distinctive flavor notes to the rum. The year 1991 is known as one of the best vintages of Trinidads rums.

Alexandre Lhéraud began cultivating his land in 1680 in the town of Lasdoux, which is located in the Charente near the Cognac district. Over the years, the production of quality cognac has really evolved. Cogcan Lhéraud's method for the production of cognac is very, very old and is reserved only for Guy Lhéraud. Cognac Lhéraud is also called "the water of life".
There is absolutely no caramel added to any of Lhéraud's cognac, as the beautiful colors in the cognac only come from the storage of the cognac in the oak casks.

Based on Ferdinand´s Saar Dry gin, our Riesling-infused Saar Quince owes its name to the Royal Prussian District Forester, Ferdinad Geltz, the historiecal figure who also co-founded the VDP Mosel-Saar-Ruwer growers´group. Carefully hand-picked riesling grapes from the steep shale slopes of the Saarburger Rausch and over 30 finely balanced botanicals taken from the vineyards and our own cultivation are macereted with highly aromatic quince fruits from our trees behind the distillery. This golden-yellow "fruit of Aphrodite" as it is also known, is one of the oldest fruits in our cultures and forms the basis for our regional homage to traditional sloe gin.

A wonderfull intense and heavily rum from a traditional single pot wooden still. It has a flamboyant nose full of funky ester, farmy notes and a sligth winery touch inherited by the short finishing in a sherry hogshead which had previosly contained scotch whisky. It´s a fat, wild and unruly rum, with the edges smoothed out by the age, but still quite unpredictable. The long influence frim the oak is noticeable in the thinck tannins, which nonetheless still allow the pungent style of the distillate to shine

For more than 20 years, Plantation Rum Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel has explored the world of rum and its various terroirs in serch of traditional production methods. For this one-time limited edition, he travelled to Barbados to birthplace of rum, where he handpicked just 20 casks at West Indies Rum Distillery.

In Plantation Rum´s signature double-ageing technique, this unique expression is aged 8 years in Barbados, then shipped by sea to the south-west of France, where it maturedanother year in French oak Ferrand casks.

Staying true to the island traditional blenmding technique, this Barbados 2013 combines rum distilled in both column and the venerable Gregg pot still, dating back til the 19th century, for a mellow yet complex expression.

It is part of a development project in Ghana.
The rum is made from fresh sugar cane juice. It is potstill distilled and then aged in Denmark in a 130 L American Virgin oak cask. This dish is brand new and virgin. Already after a short time, we could see that the rum developed violently, and we have therefore tasted and checked it regularly. The end result is this rum, which ended up being aged for 7 months in casks before bottling. It is bottled unfiltered, and there were only 188 bottles of this exciting rum.
