Bodega Tradición Cream Very Old Sherry is a unique and deeply complex sherry from Jerez, where decades of aging and classic craftsmanship create a wine with impressive depth and character. This particular Cream Sherry is created by blending two very different styles of sherry: a very old, dry and nutty Oloroso and a smaller proportion of Pedro Ximénez, which adds a fruity and soft sweetness. The combination produces a wine with depth, elegance and a velvety texture where sweetness and complexity meet in perfect balance.

The Oloroso portion has an average age of more than 30 years, giving the wine an impressive aromatic depth with notes of nuts, spices and aged wood. Pedro Ximénez also adds a youthful fruitiness that makes the wine more round and approachable.

The result is a Cream Sherry that differs significantly from many traditional versions. It is far more complex, elegant and balanced – a wine with great personality and intense flavor richness.
