This Single Cask bottling from The Art of Spirit was created in collaboration with Valinch & Mallet and released in very limited numbers: only 242 bottles from cask #78.

SWR – Skeldon character

This bottling is labeled SWR (Skeldon), a style that references the iconic Skeldon profile – known for its heavy, aromatic and molasses-intense character. The result is a rum of massive depth and concentration, where tropical aging and cask influence have created a complex and layered expression.

The Diamond distillery in Guyana is famous for its historic stills and its ability to preserve the classic Demerara profiles. This is a distillate that has had two decades to develop a balance between power and elegance.

Tasting notes

Aroma: Intense and dark with notes of molasses, burnt sugar and dried fruit. Nuances of coffee, cocoa and toasted oak are lifted by a touch of spice.

Taste: Rich and concentrated with dark caramel, raisins and candied orange peel. Layers of chocolate, licorice and spicy oak add depth and structure.
