This limited batch is copper pot-distilled in small batches and handcrafted with regional vines – a gin where the finesse of wine and the elegance of gin meet in perfect harmony.

To mark the 6th anniversary, Ferdinand’s has created a special edition where the famous sweet Riesling grapes from Saar macerate in the house Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin. The result is a deeply aromatic and sophisticated gin, bottled in a beautiful porcelain bottle – the second edition in the coveted collector’s series.

Riesling – often called “the queen of white grapes” – is at the heart of this gin. The Saar region’s cool climate and slatey soils produce grapes with freshness, minerality and a characteristic crispness. This vinous dimension elevates the botanicals and creates a complex, fruity and elegant profile that differs significantly from classic dry gins.
