The whisky was distilled in 1990 and bottled on June 9, 2021 from a single sherry butt. The long maturation has given the whisky time to develop a beautiful complexity, with the sherry cask contributing warm spices, dried fruit and structure, while the classic malty core of the distillate remains evident. With an alcoholic strength of 51.9%, the whisky is delivered at natural cask strength – intense, yet rounded and harmonious.

Tasting notes:
The nose offers deep sherry notes with raisins, dried dates, orange peel, nuts and dark caramel, accompanied by spices and elegant oak. The palate is rich and balanced with layers of dark fruit, sherry sweetness, cocoa, spicy oak and malt. The finish is long, warm and complex with lingering sherry, spice and a dry, elegant finish.
