Les Noisetiers is made from 100% Chardonnay. The grapes come primarily from Vine Hill, Trenton Roadhouse, Dutton Ranch, and Laguna Ridge Vineyard. Here, the region’s cool climate and sandy Goldridge soil contribute to the wine’s freshness, minerality, and precise character.

Chardonnay from the Russian River Valley

The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed as whole clusters. Fermentation takes place with natural yeast directly in French oak barrels. The wine is aged for about 10 months on the lees in barrels, approximately 38% of which are new oak.

The result is a Chardonnay with both body and finesse. Citrus and ripe stone fruit meet white flowers, toasted hazelnuts, and subtle oak notes. Fresh acidity and minerality keep the wine lively and elegant.
