Napoleon enjoyed it in exile, King Louis XIV and George IV had it in their private cellars, and even Chancellor Bismarck appreciated its enchanting sweetness. It is even said that Nelson Mandela had a special fondness for it. Today, Vin de Constance has been restored to its original glory and is produced exclusively from 100% Muscat de Frontignan from the historic Klein Constantia estate in South Africa.

The grapes are hand-picked from the cool slopes of Constantia and vinified with great precision to maintain freshness and aromatic intensity. The wine is aged for up to four years – three years in carefully selected Hungarian and French oak barrels, followed by six months in steel tanks to preserve the purity and balance of the fruit. This combination creates a dessert wine with both depth and elegance.

In the glass, Vin de Constance appears with a brilliant golden amber color. The bouquet is intense and floral with notes of citrus, orange peel and ripe stone fruit. The palate is rich and silky with layers of exotic fruits, honey, peach and subtle spices.
