This release consists of rums from three carefully selected casks, brought together in a small batch to achieve extra depth and complexity without losing the Single Cask character. Tasting notes

Nose: Complex and aromatic with notes of dried fruit, raisins, ripe pears, vanilla and light vinous notes. Elegant spice and a subtle floral touch.

The story of Nine Leaves

Nine Leaves distillery was founded in 2013 by Takeuchi Yoshiharu in the city of Otsu, Shiga Prefecture. Drawing inspiration from both Caribbean rum tradition and Japanese craft philosophy, the distillery created a unique style characterized by purity, precision and uncompromising respect for the raw materials. The closure in 2023 has made all remaining bottlings extremely sought after by collectors around the world.
