The vineyards grow varieties such as Solaris, Souvignier Gris, and Pinot Noir. The work is carried out with great respect for nature and in accordance with organic principles. Much of the work is done by hand, and the ambition is to create wines that showcase the potential of Danish wine and the unique terroir of Tuse Næs.
