The whisky begins its journey in carefully selected ex-bourbon casks, adding a beautiful balance of soft vanilla, slightly spicy oak and a rounded structure. The experience is then elevated to new heights with a final aging in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This finish adds depth and intensity with darker, sweet nuances and an almost dessert-like complexity.
