Las Raíces is Ocho’s largest agave plantation, located just 8 km east of the distillery in Arandas. In 2024, the field delivered fully ripe agaves with a sugar content of 32%, indicating optimal growing conditions and perfect harvest timing. The result is a blanco tequila with intense purity, freshness and impressive aromatic depth.

The agaves are hand-harvested, slow-cooked and distilled with great precision – without barrel aging – to preserve the pure and vibrant agave expression. Ocho is bottled as blanco, allowing the terroir, vintage and rancho to speak directly through the flavor.
