Pierre Ferrand ABEL 1er Cru de Cognac Grande Champagne 40% – Exclusive cognac from the heart of Grande Champagne

Pierre Ferrand ABEL 1er Cru de Cognac is an exquisite and rare cognac from the prestigious Grande Champagne – the finest and most coveted area in the Cognac region. Created as a tribute to the history and craftsmanship of the house, this cognac represents the very best in traditional French cognac production.

The name ABEL is a tribute to Abel Ferrand, who in the early 1900s was one of the central figures in the development of the House of Ferrand cognac. With this cuvée, they wanted to create a cognac that captures the essence of old stocks from Grande Champagne – known for delivering cognacs with exceptional elegance, depth and ageing potential.

This cognac is composed of carefully selected eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne that have aged for many years in French oak barrels. The result is a remarkably complex cognac with a perfect balance of fruit, spices and the warm nuances of the cask. The silky smooth structure and long finish make it a true experience for the discerning cognac connoisseur.

Pierre Ferrand ABEL is the perfect choice for those special moments when only the best is good enough – either as a luxurious end to a great meal or as a gift for the passionate cognac lover.

The story of Maison Ferrand

Maison Ferrand was founded with a clear mission: to preserve and continue the great gastronomic traditions of France. Under the leadership of Alexandre Gabriel, the house has gained international recognition for its passion for both historic production methods and modern innovation.

Alexandre Gabriel is known for his curiosity and his work in tracking down old archives and techniques from previous cognac houses to recreate the quality of the past. At the same time, Maison Ferrand has shown that tradition and innovation can go hand in hand. A good example is the creation of Citadelle Gin – a gin produced in Cognac, which was only possible after five years of intense struggle against the region’s strict regulations and established spirits producers.
