Distilled at Rum Co. of Fiji in 2009 and matured until 2025, this bottle features a rare triple maturation that provides a depth and complexity found only in the most exceptional casks.
With its powerful 55%, limited production and individual bottle numbering, this is a bottle that impresses both on the shelf and in the glass.

A work of art in aging – 16 years of nuanced maturation

  • Tropical aging: 9 years in bourbon barrels in Fiji – developing the heavy, fruity and sun-warmed notes that the island’s terroir is known for.

  • Continental maturation: 2 years and 4 months in Ferrand casks in France – for depth, finesse and elegant balance.

  • Third maturation: 4 years and 6 months in Kilchoman peated whisky casks – a rare and highly characterful finish with smoke, malt and maritime notes.

The combination of pot still and column still distillation, molasses-based fermentation for 4-5 days and an ester level of 114g/hl AA gives a rich, aromatic and vibrant rum profile.

Flavor notes

Nose: Complex and alluring with distinct hints of peated malt, green apple, lemon, vanilla and honey. An unexpected and seductive balance between freshness and smoke.
Flavor: Rich, round and oily. The flavor unfolds in layers of caramel, butter, orange peel, malt, chocolate and licorice. A true flavor explosion where sweetness, smoke and spicy notes merge.

Finish: Long, warm and slightly smoky. Leaves notes of wood, bacon, clove and lingering chocolate. A finish that lingers and invites another sip.
