The whisky was distilled in November 1991 and matured for a full 29 years in a bourbon cask, giving it remarkable complexity and elegance. The long maturation has developed a refined balance of ripe fruit notes, vanilla and soft oak tones that characterize the best Speyside whiskies.

Only 181 bottles were bottled in August 2021, making this release an extremely limited collector’s item. The whisky is bottled at a natural strength of 52.6% and is neither chill-filtered nor colored. This is whisky in its most authentic form – straight from cask to bottle.
