Mosgaard uses old traditions for whiskey production in copper pot stills designed by Mosgaard. Each batch is handcrafted from the pure water under rich soil on the island of Funen - with the addition of our love and passion for the product. Matured in 50 liter casks tailored for us by blending staves from old ruby ​​and tawny port casks, bringing balance between vinous and spicy notes.

Springbank is unique among Scotlands´s distilleries. Every part of the process from malting to bottling is carried out at the distillery. Unlike others whiskies Springbank Single Malt Whisky is free of artificial colouring, also it is not chill filtered. This will cause slight natural haze form when it is cold but this will disapear when the temperatura returns to normal.

The Arran explorers series is a collection of limited edition expressions of The Arran single malt. Each edition celebrates the outstanding scenic beauty and diversity of nature on the isle of Arran.
To the west of the island you will pass the pretty coastal Village of Blackwaterfoot. North of the village, the main road leaves the coast for a few miles and bypasses Drumadoon Point. The scenery of the headland is breathtaking with a raised beach and dramatic cliffs formed from basalt columns. Dromadoon Point is home to Shiskine Golf Club, a unique 12-hole golf courses regarded by many as one of the finest in UK. Slightly to the north of the course, its impressive cliffs on the seaward side protect the remains of the largest iron age fort of Arran. For the walker, the terrain is diverse. Sandy beach, grassy footpaths and large boulders make it beautiful piece of coastline to explore.

Michell´s Glengyle Ltd. are very proud to be continuing and adding to the great Campbeltown Distilling and the choice of name reflect that. Kilkerran is derived from the Gaelic ´Ceann Loch Cille Chiarain´ which is the name of the original settlement where Saint Kieran had his religious cell and Campbeltown stands.

Kilkerran is througth to be a suitable name for a new Campbeltown Malt since it was unusual for a old Campbeltown distilleries to be called after a Glen, a custom more usually associated with the Speyside region.

In 2000, Hedley Wright, who also owns Springbank, managed to purchase the buildings with the aim of re-establishing the distillery. It took four years to find the necessary equipment and to have the buildings renovated. Some of the distillery's equipment is new, while some has been acquired from partly Craigellachie and partly the closed highland distillery Ben Wyvis, which operated in the period from 1965-77 at the grain distillery Invergordon.
The distillery was originally named Glengyle, but unfortunately it is not currently possible to bottle the whiskey under the distillery's name. There is already a blend with the same name, which is why the name Kilkerran was chosen as the name for the whiskey from Glengyle.

The series began with the iconic 1966 Fino Cask, which honored John Grant, the family progenitor who purchased the distillery in 1865. Welcome to an exclusive experience from Tomatin's most treasured treasury. Tomatin 1972, part of the prestigious Warehouse 6 Collection, is a tribute to craftsmanship, patience and the finest single malt traditions.

Distilled on November 20, 1972 and gently matured for over four decades in Warehouse 6, this whiskey is a true gem. This traditional dunage warehouse, with its cool soil and antique wooden rails, forms the perfect setting for the three specially selected casks – no. 23404, 23405 and 23406. Here time has worked its magic, while the angels have taken their share, and only the best has remained.

With a bottling strength of 42.1% and just 380 bottles produced, Tomatin 1972 is an extremely rare release that captures the essence of the heart of the distillery.

Tomatin 1972 – A journey through time, captured in a bottle.

Tullibardine 1962 was taken from the distillery's last two cask whiskeys distilled on December 27, 1962 and joins Tullibardine 1952 and Tullibardine 1970 to form the Custodians Collection.

Matured in American oak barrels for 52 years, only 250 bottles of Tullibardine 1962 are available.

The whiskey is said to have 'tempting hints of a lush green meadow' on the nose, ending with 'dried out coconut and smooth dark chocolate' on the finish.

'This is truly a very special release for the brand and the distillery, and one that is precious to us here at Tullibardine,' said John Torrance, Distillery Director.

Buyers of Tullibardine 1962 also receive lifetime membership of the Tullibardine Custodians Club, the distillery's membership scheme.

Glenfarclas is one of the few remaining Scottish distilleries still family-owned. Since 1865, the distillery has been in the hands of the same family: The Grants. John Grant was actually a cattle breeder when he bought Recherlich Farm and Glenfarcla's Distillery in 1865 for £ 511. It is the six-generation whiskey skill that benefits us consumers today. Glenfarclas means "The Valley with the Green Grass" in Gaelic, and the skilled Scots fetch the water used in the distillation in a small spring that springs from the beautiful and dramatic Ben Rinnes. The distillery is located at the foot of the heather-covered mountain, where the water springs from the underlying granite when the winter snow melts. Highland Park continues their 'Founders Series' and launches the third exclusive Danish whiskey in the series. With the name Saxo, it is a whiskey for connoisseurs. Highland Park Single Cask Saxo is - in addition to a whiskey that with notes of leather fat leads the mind in the direction of a neatly bound historical work - very similar to Saxo's description of the Dane: independent and completely his own. The whiskey typically has a touch of smoke and the malt is smoked with peat from the Hobbister heath, the peat consists of compact layers of partially decomposed heather. This light heather smoke is a signature note in Highland Park's whiskey.

To create this bottiling I have worked with a boutique producer of some of the finest Sherry wines from Jerez de la Frontana who are experts in the use of the Pedro Ximénez grape variaty. Their production philosophy and family values perfectly match those of our own here in Arran. In 2016 I travelled to Jerez and had the privilege of selecting some of their very best oak casks from their Palo Cortado "1964 Solera" to bring back to Lochranza. This secondairy maturation affords the whisky a luxurious mouthfeel, hints of almond and an elegant salinity which pairs beautiful with the inmate fruitness of the Arran malt.
