Highland Park continues their 'Founders Series' and launches the third exclusive Danish whiskey in the series. With the name Saxo, it is a whiskey for connoisseurs. Highland Park Single Cask Saxo is - in addition to a whiskey that with notes of leather fat leads the mind in the direction of a neatly bound historical work - very similar to Saxo's description of the Dane: independent and completely his own. This light heather smoke is a signature note in Highland Park's whiskey.
