Georges Cordier, grandfather of the current owners was one of the first to replant white wine in Médoc in the 1930s. With a majority of Sauvignon and a hint of Sémillon, Caillou Blanc is raised on its berries and stirred in a burgundy way.

The CLR currently has 11,500 hectares, exclusively from the Languedoc-Roussillon region. CLR has just at the end of 30 years produced wine in collaboration with approx. 30 different local producers and their own team of 19 oenologists who ensure quality control all year round.

Property and History: Domaine de Boisseyt is a winemaker with a long history and proud traditions. The property is likely the oldest in the area and is first mentioned in writing as far back as 1343. For over six generations, this property has been owned by the same family, and in 2017, Romain Decelle took over the reins. Romain Decelle has experience from both Bordeaux and Burgundy and comes from a winemaking family particularly known for the Burgundy house Decelle et fils. This wine is made from pure chardonnay, and the pressing and fermentation takes place where half is in stainless steel tanks and half in 350-liter barrels, stirring every 15 days.
