This exclusive Curators’ Cut Edition was casked on August 14, 2014 and bottled on July 16, 2025, after ten years in carefully selected sherry wood. The result is a rich and complex whisky, bottled at 50.1%, which retains all its natural power and aromatic depth. Only 415 bottles were bottled from cask #9900072, making this edition a true collector’s item.

Tasting notes

Color: Deep amber gold with a reddish tinge.
Nose: Intense aromas of dark raisins, caramelized nuts and freshly baked fruitcake. A warm note of cinnamon, dark chocolate and lightly toasted oak notes reveal the noble Oloroso barrel aging.
Flavor: Rich and silky – notes of dried fruits, honey, orange peel and a hint of espresso. The high alcohol strength enhances the sweet and spicy nuances without overpowering the balance.
Finish: Long, warm and elegant with lingering notes of sherry, dark cocoa and a hint of oak. A whisky that continues to evolve in the glass.
