This rum is produced entirely from in-house sugar cane syrup – a true single estate philosophy where the entire process takes place in one place. It’s distilled in copper pot stills for richness, structure and aromatic depth. It is then aged for 3 years in American oak barrels with continental aging, creating a more controlled and elegant development compared to tropical aging.

Bottled in June 2021 at 43.1% alcohol and limited to just 246 bottles, this is an extremely limited release with a distinct personality. An American rum that shows how craftsmanship and quality can take the category to new heights.

Tasting notes

Nose: Inviting and warm with notes of caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, accompanied by light notes of sugar cane and ripe fruits.

Taste: Rich and balanced with soft caramel sweetness, spicy oak and hints of dried fruit. The pot still distillation adds depth and structure, while the cask adds rounded complexity.

Finish: Elegant and medium-long with notes of vanilla, light spice and subtle sweetness.
