Tasting notes

Aroma: Intense and deep with dark raisins, dried figs, dates and dark chocolate. Notes of roasted nuts, orange peel and spicy oak unfold beautifully in the glass.

Taste: Rich and oily mouthfeel with layers of sherry sweetness, ripe plums, mocha and spices. Elegant tannin structure from the cask adds structure and complexity.

Finish: Long, warm and persistent with notes of cocoa, leather, nuts and a hint of spicy oak.
