Glenlossie 11 Year Old Speyside Single Malt Whisky – Lady of the Glen Single Cask

An exclusive and uncompromising Speyside Single Malt whisky, bottled at cask strength and selected for those who love depth, character and true craftsmanship. Glenlossie 11 year old from Lady of the Glen is a rare bottling where elegance and power go hand in hand – created for the collector, the enthusiast and the curious whisky lover who wants something out of the ordinary.

The whisky was distilled on May 30, 2013 and bottled on October 15, 2024 – exactly 11 years later. The maturation is a study in balance and finesse: first aged in a classic hogshead cask, then finished with more than three years in a 1st fill ex-Oloroso sherry cask from the renowned Hidalgo cooperage. The result is a whisky with depth, complexity and a beautiful fusion of Speyside’s floral style and the spicy sweetness of the sherry cask.

There are only 261 bottles in the world, and every single one is bottled without chill filtration or added color. The 58.4% alcohol strength delivers intensity and power – but always with balance and elegance.

Tasting notes

Nose: Creamy vanilla, freshly baked pastry dough and warm sherry notes elegantly intertwined with floral nuances.

Palate: Full-bodied and silky with orange zest, slightly spicy sweetness and black tea notes that add structure and depth.

Finish: Long, dry and elegant with a slight bitterness that balances the sweetness perfectly.

Lady of the Glen – the story behind the bottling

Founded in 2012 by Gregor Hannah, Lady of the Glen has since established itself as one of Scotland’s most respected independent bottlers. The focus is simple and uncompromising: single cask whisky in its natural form, hand-picked from distilleries across Scotland.

The name Lady of the Glen comes from an old legend about a ghost in Stirling Castle and symbolizes the mystery and history that permeates every bottle. Since 2020, the bottling plant has been based in Dalgety Bay on the Firth of Forth overlooking Edinburgh – where the whiskies are bottled without chill filtration and without colorant to preserve the authentic expression.

One cask – One distillery – One unique taste experience.
