Tasting notes

Aroma: Intense aroma of dark berries, raisins and ripe plums from the port cask, accompanied by vanilla, caramel and slightly spicy oak.

Flavor: Rich and concentrated with notes of dried fruit, red fruit compote and dark caramel. Underlying notes of malt, chocolate and spice add depth and complexity.

Finish: Long and warm with lingering fruit sweetness, light tannin from the cask and an elegant spicy finish.
