Ørnberg Mynster 2023
– Danish dessert wine from Sjællands Odde

Are you looking for a Danish dessert wine with character, elegance, and depth? Then Ørnberg Mynster 2023 from Sjællands Odde is a wine you simply can’t miss. This is a botrytised wine (noble rot), made exclusively from the Solaris grape – and the result is nothing short of enchanting. A rare gem in Danish wine production, rivaling some of the best Auslese wines from Germany. Mynster 2023 is not just a dessert wine – it’s a sensory wine experience. Perfect with cheese, fruit, classic desserts, or simply as a luxurious glass in good company.

100% Danish – 100% Passion
At Ørnberg Vin, passion, nature, and sustainability come together in exceptional bottles. Each grape is hand-picked from the vineyards at Sjællands Odde, where the local climate and soil give the Solaris grape a unique Nordic character. The wine is crafted with the utmost care – from vine to cellar – and clearly reflects the winemaker’s dedication to craftsmanship, ecology, and finesse.

Tasting Notes – Ørnberg Mynster 2023
Aroma: Delicate and complex nose with notes of light caramel, quince, and preserved peach.
Palate: Sweet and noble on the palate with a full 180 g/l of residual sugar, perfectly balanced by a fresh, uplifting acidity. The texture is soft and silky, with a long, deep finish.
Style: Reminiscent of a classic German Auslese, yet with its own distinct Danish identity.

About Ørnberg Vin – Pioneers of wine on Sjællands Odde
Ørnberg Vin was founded in 2007 by Niels Esbjerg and Anders Ørnberg, two childhood friends with roots in Danish farming and a burning desire to produce high-quality organic wine in Denmark. It all began with 3,000 vines on Niels’ ancestral farm – and today, the vineyards cover 6 hectares with over 20,000 vines. In 2024, Anders Ørnberg and his wife Helle took over the operation and now continue the winery with a focus on biodynamic cultivation, local ecological balance, and world-class craftsmanship. With the help of a strong team and a dedicated group of volunteers, every detail is refined – both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
Ørnberg Vin is more than wine – it’s a living project with soul, groundedness, and vision. A winery where people, animals, and plants thrive side by side – and where each bottle tells the story of Danish wine at its most beautiful.
