The rum is made from cane juice and distilled at Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos. It has undergone a sophisticated triple maturation for a total of 11 years – first in the tropics and then in Europe – and is bottled at 48.8%, where intensity and finesse meet in perfect balance. The result is a harmonious and deep rum experience that stands out among Dominican bottlings.

Tasting notes

Nose: Warm and inviting with apricot, almond and apple, accompanied by white flowers, vanilla and a slight hint of banana. Fresh and elegant at the same time.

Flavor: Rich and layered. Notes of sesame, citrus, pear and tobacco meet tropical fruit like pineapple and cantaloupe. An impressive balance between sweetness and structure.

Finish: Long, persistent and nuanced with tropical fruits, hazelnut, chocolate and ripe stone fruits – a finish that lingers.
