The first wave of the series consists of three single cask bottlings from Barbados, Venezuela and El Salvador. This 21 year old Barbados rum is bottled at full cask strength of 61% – with no added sugar, no color and no water dilution. This is rum exactly as it has evolved over more than two decades of aging: intense, concentrated and authentic.

After 21 years of maturation, the rum has achieved an impressive depth and complexity. The natural influence of the barrel provides structure, warmth and a silky balance between sweetness and tannin. Tasting notes

Aroma: Inviting and complex with sweet notes of coconut, toasted butter, soft wood, butterscotch and dried tropical fruits. A ripe and rounded nose with a distinct cask character.

Taste: Full-bodied and well-balanced with layers of toffee, roasted almonds and soft tannins. The high alcohol content adds intensity and structure, but is harmoniously integrated with the mature rum.

Finish: Extremely long and persistent. Warm spices, light oak and a rounded sweetness linger long – an aftertaste reminiscent of the white sandy beaches of Barbados.
