This exclusive cuvée is a tribute to the long-standing collaboration between Champagne House Bollinger and the James Bond universe. The result is a collector’s champagne that combines iconic movie history with one of Champagne’s most prestigious houses.

The champagne is made exclusively from Pinot Noir from a single Grand Cru vineyard in the historic village of Aÿ in the Marne Valley. This is the first time that Bollinger has created a champagne exclusively from this specific cru. Aÿ has held special significance for the house since its foundation in 1829 and is known for producing Pinot Noir with power, depth and elegance.

The 2011 vintage inspired the cellar master to create a champagne with a focus on terroir and purity. Bollinger only produces vintage champagne in select years, and this cuvée is something special. It is not part of the classic La Grande Année series, but stands as an independent and unique vintage champagne.
