Summer showers provided the necessary moisture and late season conditions allowed for optimal development of Botrytis cinerea – the noble rot that concentrates sugar, acid and aroma.

The harvest took place in several selective rounds in October, where only the most perfect grapes were hand-picked. The result is a wine of impressive concentration, precision and balance – classic Yquem with both power and finesse.

Aroma: Intense and complex bouquet with tropical fruits, ripe mango, apricot and candied citrus. Notes of acacia honey, white flowers and a hint of vanilla from the barrel aging.
