The story of Doyard-Mahé

Champagne Doyard-Mahé is a family-owned house located in the south of the Côte des Blancs in the well-known Premier Cru village of Vertus. The house has 6 hectares of vineyards and produces around 50,000 bottles annually. Work in the field is carried out as sustainably as possible and the use of pesticides is kept to a minimum.

Maurice Doyard (1889-1974) was one of the pioneers of the Champagne region. Today, his grandson Philippe Doyard and his eldest daughter Carole carry on the tradition, producing the house’s elegant Champagnes with the same passion and respect for the terroir. Doyard-Mahé is renowned for highlighting the unique character of Vertus and delivering Champagnes with authenticity, precision and family heritage in every bottle.
