The whisky was distilled in 1998 and bottled on December 6, 2018 from a single 4th fill hogshead. This cask type provides minimal wood dominance and instead allows the natural fruitiness, malty sweetness and elegant spice of the distillate to emerge. At 54.8% strength, the whisky is bottled at natural cask strength and delivers an intense yet refined flavor experience.

Only 219 bottles of this bottling have been made, making it particularly sought after by collectors and connoisseurs. It’s a whisky that develops beautifully in the glass, rewarding both slow enjoyment and the addition of a little water, which opens up even more nuances.
