Huré Frères L’Invitation Brut
An inviting champagne with character and edge

Are you looking for a personal and characterful champagne that stands out from the crowd? Then you should discover Huré Frères L’Invitation Brut – a true grower champagne from the warm-hearted family estate in Ludes, Premier Cru, near Reims in Champagne.
This wine is your ticket to an exciting first encounter with Huré Frères, a small producer with a big personality and an uncompromising approach to craftsmanship. L’Invitation is exactly what the name suggests – an invitation to the curious wine lover who seeks more depth and character than the large, industrial houses can offer.

Details and Vinification – From vineyard to bottle
Huré Frères L’Invitation Brut is crafted from 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay from the family’s own vineyards in the Premier Cru villages of Ludes and Villedommanges. The vineyards are cultivated with biodynamic inspiration, focusing on balance and biodiversity – a philosophy that can be tasted in every drop.
After harvest and gentle pressing, the wine undergoes primary fermentation, after which it is blended into a unique solera system – a method where vintages are combined and aged together, ensuring continuity, complexity, and depth. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, followed by 30–36 months of aging on the lees, which contributes to texture and finesse.

Tasting Notes – Purity, fruit, and finesse
In the glass, L’Invitation Brut reveals its elegant character with fine, persistent bubbles.
The nose is filled with aromas of ripe apples, yellow mirabelles, and subtle notes of toasted bread that awaken the senses.
The palate is fresh, fruit-driven, and mineral, with a marked yet balanced acidity. The 8 grams of dosage give a rounded and charming mouthfeel, without ever making the champagne taste sweet. A fine balance between crispness and softness – a champagne that dances on the tongue and lingers in the memory.

About the House – The Huré family and a passion for terroir
Huré Frères is run by brothers François and Pierre Huré, the third generation of the family, and was founded in the 1960s in the village of Ludes, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. The house is known and respected for its uncompromising approach to sustainability, terroir, and micro-vinification. Here, wines are made with soul, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for nature.
They work closely with their land and, over decades, have built a reputation as one of Champagne’s most exciting grower-producers. Huré Frères crafts wines with a memorable signature – and L’Invitation is a beautiful introduction to their philosophy and style.
