Based in Scotland’s historic capital, Edinburgh Whisky is a family-owned company specializing in maturing and bottling the most exquisite drams. Our passion for "the water of life" drives us to constantly experiment and explore new flavors. As an independent bottler, we have the freedom to collaborate with the finest distilleries and select exceptional casks. From cask selection to bottling, our mission is to create whisky that naturally sparks conversation when friends gather for celebration, reflection, and enjoyment. We never use artificial coloring or chill filtration – every drop is exactly as nature intended.
