Founded in 1845 in St-Pierre, in the south of Reunion Island, Isautier is the oldest operation distilling in the island. This joint bottling with Velier is made up of the 3 last casks of #36. This traditional rum was aged from 2007 to 2009 in ex-Isautier Rum casks, then from 2009 to 2019 in ex-cognac casks, before going back to ex-Isautier Rum casks from 2019 to 2021.
