Collectors Series Rum No. 11 is a powerful and exclusive 16 year old Panama rum, created for the serious rum enthusiast and collector. This Single Cask bottling offers intensity, depth and character – bottled at a full 59.6% for maximum flavor and authentic expression.

Distilled in 2006 at a secret distillery in Panama, the rum is molasses-based and column distilled for a clean, structured and elegant rum style. After distillation, the rum has been aged in ex-bourbon casks and undergone both tropical and continental aging. The tropical aging contributed richness and intensity, while the continental aging provided balance and complexity.

Cask no. 170 has delivered just 259 bottles, making this edition rare and coveted. The high strength carries the aromas beautifully and allows you to experiment with a few drops of water, which can open up additional layers in the glass.
