Linkwood 10 Year Old Speyside Single Malt 48% is an elegant and classic Speyside whisky with great depth and pure character. This bottling is part of The Single Malts of Scotland – Reserve Fade, where selection is focused on flavor, balance and clarity of origin. Parcel no. 8 brings together the best of the distillery in a harmonious and characterful release.

The whisky was distilled in 2010 at Linkwood Distillery and bottled in 2022 after 10 years of maturation. It is composed of 8 carefully selected casks, which together create complexity and structure. At 48% alcohol, it is both intense and balanced without losing its classic Speyside elegance.

The Reserve Fade range is known for its uncompromising approach. This whisky is not cold-filtered and has no added color. This gives a more natural mouthfeel and authentic expression. Every nuance in aroma and flavor comes directly from the raw spirit and cask.

An angel proportion of 14.1% testifies to active maturation and concentrated flavor. The time in the cask has given the whisky depth, roundness and a beautifully integrated cask character.

Tasting notes

Aroma: Fresh malt, bright fruits, vanilla and delicate floral notes.
Taste: Soft and rounded with ripe fruit, honeyed sweetness, light spice and elegant oak.
Finish: Medium long and harmonious with dryness, vanilla and a subtle spicy finish.
