Va Piano manages to combine classic American generosity with an almost European finesse. In the large 6 liter bottle, the wine develops slower and more nuanced, adding complexity and impressive longevity in the cellar.

Tasting notes

Color: Dark, deep ruby red with intense shine.

Aroma: Concentrated and inviting with blackcurrant, ripe cherry and blackberry, elegantly complemented by cedar, vanilla, mocha and a subtle hint of tobacco from the French oak barrels.

Flavor: Full-bodied and harmonious with layer upon layer of dark fruit, spice and fine, ripe tannins. The structure is firm but silky and the balance between fruit and barrel is exemplary.

Finish: Long, elegant and persistent – rounded, complex and with great finesse.
