Wild Series Rum No. 40 from RumDeLuxe is an uncompromising and cask strength bottling for the serious rum lover. Distilled at the iconic Beenleigh Distillery in August 2007 and bottled in January 2023, this 15 year old Australian single cask rum is bottled at full strength at an impressive 67%.

Aged in ex-bourbon casks and matured in both tropical and continental styles, Rum No. 40 is an intense, concentrated and complex rum with both depth and structure. The long aging and high alcohol content ensure an explosive aroma profile and a distinctive, lasting expression in the glass.

Only 259 bottles have been bottled from cask 25 – a true single cask release for collectors and enthusiasts. This is rum without filtration and without dilution – exactly as the cask created it.

A rum that should be enjoyed neat – perhaps with a few drops of water to open up the aromas – and delivers an intense taste experience for the experienced rum drinker.
