It has been matured in a refill hogshead and finished in a first-use Palo Cortado quarter cask. The Spanish sherry cask adds warm notes of nuts, vinous sweetness and elegant spice.

Only 139 bottles are bottled at cask strength 53%. This makes this edition both exclusive and collectible – a real treat for any whisky lover.

Tasting notes

Aroma: Fresh and aromatic with orange peel, honey and light mineral mountain air. After some time in the glass, notes of roasted nuts and the warm sweetness of sherry.

Taste: Rich and complex with caramelized sugar, dried figs and dark chocolate. The Palo Cortado cask adds depth and a touch of spicy oak.
