Tasting Notes

Nose: Mango, kiwi, pineapple, and tropical fruit. This is followed by vanilla bean, marzipan, light peat, gentle smoke, and a subtle maritime minerality.

Palate: Fresh and fruity with powdered sugar, grilled pineapple, and creamy vanilla. A flinty, mineral edge adds depth, while a hint of oregano lends a light, herbaceous freshness.

Finish: Medium-length and spicy with cinnamon, cassia bark, soft smoke, and a pleasant fruit sweetness that lingers beautifully in the glass.
