Castello Banfi Acquavite di Moscato is an elegant and aromatic Italian brandy made from the fragrant Moscato grapes from the famous vineyards around Montalcino in Tuscany. The result is a refined grape brandy with an intense aromatic profile and a soft, harmonious character.

This exclusive acquavite is made by distilling Moscato di Montalcino grapes, which are harvested by hand to ensure optimal quality. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts. This process preserves the natural aromas of the grapes and creates a distillate with great finesse.

Distillation takes place in a special discontinuous bain-marie distiller under vacuum. The low temperature during vacuum distillation allows the aromatic complexity of the grapes to be preserved. This method produces a brandy with a fine balance between fruity notes, elegance and purity.

Acquavite di Moscato is a perfect digestif after a good meal. It is best enjoyed slightly chilled in a tulip-shaped glass where its fine aromas can unfold.
