Panama & Nicaragua – Meets Smoke and BBQ

The basis of Boulet de Canon No. 9 is a blend of aged rums from Panama and Nicaragua. The tropical aged casks contribute richness, vanilla, caramel and roundness. The rum then undergoes a fat-wash process with smoky BBQ fat to absorb the characteristic aromas of grilled meat and smoke. The result is a rum that retains its classic structure but gains an extra layer of complexity with notes of smoke, barbecue and slightly salty depth – without becoming heavy or bold
