Domaine de Laplagnol is located on the sunny west bank of the Rhône River near Pont-Saint-Esprit. Here, the family works closely with nature and creates wines with respect for tradition. The cuvée consists of Grenache, Syrah and Marselan – a classic and harmonious combination that provides fruit, spice and structure. The long fermentation time of 4-5 weeks ensures maximum aroma and complexity.

Tasting notes

Color: Deep ruby red with violet hues.

Aroma: Ripe red berries, dark cherries and blackberries, complemented by warm spices such as thyme, laurel and black pepper.

Taste: Full-bodied and silky with rounded tannins and great structure. Long, warm and slightly spicy aftertaste that makes the wine both generous and elegant.

Serving: Perfect with grilled dishes, stews, lamb, game and mature cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.

Domaine de Laplagnol is a family estate with over five generations of experience in the Rhône Valley. Today, the vineyard is run by Solange and Patrick Roux, who manage the 55 hectares of vineyards with passion and respect for the terroir.
