Highland Park is known for its balanced peat smoke, heather honey and maritime freshness, while Scapa brings soft fruitiness and elegance. Finished in Corton Renardes barrels, it adds notes of dark berries, light tannin and refined structure – a tribute to the connection between Scotland and France.
