Limited Batch Series Ten Cane 13 Year Old Trinidad Rum 64% is a powerful and rare cane juice rum for the uncompromising enthusiast. A true limited release with only 259 bottles bottled, this is a rum with history, intensity and distinctive character from the iconic Ten Cane distillery in Trinidad.

Distilled in May 2008 and aged for a full 13 years in ex-bourbon casks, this rum has developed impressive depth and complexity. Bottled in March 2022 at full strength of 64%, this is a concentrated and authentic experience straight from the cask. This is rum without compromise – intense, structured and with clear terroir.

As a cane juice rum (rhum agricole style), it differs significantly from classic molasses-based rums. Here you get a more fresh, vegetal and aromatic profile, where the natural character of the sugar cane comes to the fore and combines with the warm vanilla and spice notes of the cask.

Tasting notes

Color: Deep golden amber with copper tones.

Aroma: Intense and aromatic with notes of fresh sugar cane, vanilla, caramel and dried fruit. Underlying are spices, light oak and a hint of tropical fruit.

Flavor: Powerful and full-bodied with a distinctive structure. Notes of brown sugar, toasted oak, spice and candied fruit are balanced by a fresh, light vegetable cane juice character. The alcohol is intense but well-integrated.

Finish: Long, warm and persistent with spicy oak, dried fruit and a dry, elegant finish.
