Tasting notes

Aroma: Elegant and complex with notes of heather honey, ripe apples and pears, citrus oil and a fine, lingering peat smoke. Underlying notes of vanilla, sea salt and a slight maritime character.

Flavor: Rich and concentrated with layer upon layer of honeyed sweetness, dried fruit, roasted nuts and spicy oak. The smoke is sophisticated and integrated, never dominant but deeply present.

Finish: Very long, warm and complex with lingering smoke, salted caramel and an elegant, dry finish.
