Marani is crafted from 100% Garganega grapes, grown on Sartori’s own vineyards in Veneto. The grapes are hand-picked and gently dried for 40 days – the same method used for Amarone – to concentrate their flavors and aromas. Part of the wine is aged in oak barrels, while the rest matures in stainless steel to preserve freshness and balance. The result is a harmonious wine that perfectly combines richness and finesse.

Tasting Notes

Sartori Marani Bianco 2024 impresses with its intense golden color and delicate bouquet of ripe pear, peach, apricot, and a hint of honey. On the palate, it is dry, soft, and rounded, with refreshing acidity and a long, lingering finish. A wine that balances freshness and complexity – ideal with fish, seafood, creamy pasta dishes, and light meats.
