Bottled from a single cask, this unique edition offers a seductive combination of single pot still and single malt Irish whiskey, triple distilled exclusively in traditional copper pot stills.

After full maturation, the whiskey has undergone additional aging in Deau XO Cognac casks for nine months. These casks are made from French oak from the renowned Allary cooperage and have previously held Deau XO Cognac, aged for up to 15 years by the Legeret family. The result is a deep, complex and silky whiskey with distinct French cask nuances and refined elegance.

With only 474 bottles from cask 6435, this is a rare and coveted single cask bottling, bottled at 46% for maximum flavor intensity and balance. A whiskey that combines Irish tradition with French finesse.

Tasting notes
