Tasting notes

Nose: Intense and deep sherry profile with raisins, dark dried fruits, cocoa and mocha. After some time in the glass, notes of honey, warm spices and distinctive oak emerge.

Flavor: Powerful, rich and layered. Dried fruits, caramel, dark chocolate and roasted nuts dominate. The mouthfeel is thick, oily and rich with great depth.

Finish: Very long and warm with espresso, muscovado sugar and spicy oak. Finishes with a natural, elegant sweetness.
